Online Creative Sessions
a personal and freeing approach to art making,
monthly guided sessions in English and French,
open to all
What: Online Creative Sessions available in English and French. I’ll guide you through the making of your own creative log book that we’ll fill in month after month. With a new themes each month, we will create personal images in response to our chosen thread.
When: From October 2025 to June 2026, those monthly sessions that can be enjoyed as a one off drop in or an on-going journey. Each past session will be available to purchase at a reduce price to follow from the recorded content.
How: Nothing fancy is needed: an internet connection and basic art supplies - let’s create with what you have! I’ll bring you all my knowledge, gathered from studying under varied schools of thoughts and years of personal practice and teaching. Each month you will get:
At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive an email with:
a pre-recorded video presenting the theme
a printable pdf to follow along
a link to a Teams meeting for our online session later in the month
a link to join our WhatsApp group if you’d like, for thoughts and inspirations.
On the 3rd week of the month, our live session
(Thursday 6:30pm-8pm or Sunday 11am-12:30pm)We meet online for 1h30

Why: I have at heart to share all the richness that I’ve gained from years of making and teaching art:
Self-discovery (what tickles my interest? what emotions come to the surface?)
a wide range of technical tips (not two of us will resonate with the same methods)
questioning our creative process (and making friend with our inner-critic)
Renewed ways to observe the world and be present
All of that with the belief that what we practice when we paint or draw, carries into the rest of our life: cultivating a sense of wonder, curiosity and the awareness of a life experience mingled with emotions, thoughts and projections.
By creating a collection of responses gathered in a book, we are taking the pressure off making single “perfect” images and putting our attention to the journey, with openness and curiosity.

Yes!
“Levels” won’t even be important: those sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of experience.If you don’t see yourself as a creative person: this is the chance to connect with your creativity and sense of wonder. You’ll discover that art making can go way beyond producing a pretty image, and become a precious opportunity for self-enquiry. Creating help us get to know ourselves better, as we welcome playfulness and emotional responses.
If you feel creative but struggle to put time aside for it or to find inspiration when you do: nothing like a group and a regular meet-up to start building a new habit. One that fits easily into your pre-existing schedule, gently reminding you how much you like creating, developing an attentiveness to the world that transpires throughout your daily life: with or without a brush or pen in hand.
If you already have a creative practice: those sessions will encourage you to find and hone your personal voice. Many of us started to paint and draw gaining the skills to create beautiful and convincing images getting good with the ‘How’ - but comes a time when we’re ready to think of the ‘Why’ ; reflecting on our creative process and getting more intentional, more free, more personal. I’m here for that: helping you in finding your singular voice and creating a process for yourself that is both enjoyable and enriching.

Nothing fancy!
Any media you like!
Pens, colour pencils, paint, collage... explore medium or work with something you already have at home. I'll respond to what you bring and give you technical and creative tips for you to express yourself beyond the chosen medium.
Some paper
That might be the only purchase necessary and it doesn't need to be fancy: to create our book we'll need a long sheet of paper. Wrapping paper or a spare roll of wallpaper will work wonders!
A computer or phone for our live sessions
no fancy equipment needed, just enough for us to connect.

Yes!
I totally get that for a lot of us life can already feel stretched out to the max - those sessions are designs to not come on top of everything else like an extra to-do, but as a companion to your life. There’s no mandatory exercises or deadline, it’s for you to make it yours: you can decide to keep on creating in between our sessions, or simply familiarise yourself with the new theme, let ideas and thoughts sink in so we can explore that together when we meet online.Recordings of past months will also be available to purchase at a lesser price: making it easy to catch-up or to join in without always needing to commit to a live session. You can follow the content at your own pace.
